can I buy products and sell them for what I want? or are there legal issues?
I want to purchase a bunch of different products that I believe in such as organic Cleaning supplies/ Sprays, foods, clothing , Baby kits etc. Can I just purchase products and Sell them for what i want?
What are the steps or issues I have to follow as far as my own small business from home type deal.
Alot of companys like amway and mary kay etc create positions for insependant consultants they buy products and sell. I want to do this on my own. Is this Legal?
Hi Nikkie – I don’t believe that is legal. You would have to have permission of the company producing the product to resell it. You could probably give it away for free without any problems. Buying a product does not give you a right to resell it. You are best off signing up the rights to sell the products that you want to sell through distributor or franchise agreements, if they have them.
