Nonbreastfeeding the miracle diet that claims to be?
I am a new mom of a little boy happy 3 months. During my pregnancy I gained about 40 lbs and lost 20 during the birth. Another 5 was released in the week and 15 pounds fricken are persistent and NOT peel. I was 125 pre-preg. I ate well during pregnancy and developed every day. I I am a health nut eat only organic foods and cooked from scratch. (This is a poor household.) I am also running 5 miles a day with my baby in a scarf and ankle weights, over 20 minutes on an elliptical for a nap more pilates before bed. I would be lean and mean now, but I'm still soft and the scale has not budged. Prepreg if I ate and worked out like this, I was a stick figure. Is it because I am nursing? Maybe my body clings to the weight? Anyone else find nurses not to be the regime that claims to be? If it If it stinks because I intend to nurse for at least 16 months.
I'm here with you. Many women lose weight without trying during breastfeeding, as my SIL. I am not one of them. My weight will not move while I'm nursing. I could lose some weight if I really worked, but those last 15 pounds will not budge. Oh, well. It's a small sacrifice for my babies! What's a few years? . Nothing Wait, your baby only three months? Baby, you're still recovering from birth. Give your body a break. I think you're beautiful as you are. Relaxed and just be amazed at what our bodies can do.
