Is it allowed to give 10 months Mott baby cups Apple sauce for a snack?
Is it to give my 10 months of applesauce baby cups for a snack? I mean for example Mott's applesauce unsweetened like this: http://www.foodandfunfromhome.com/images/P/102-968-B.gif and President's Choice brands that you can get here in Canada as these: http://www.presidentschoice.ca/LCLOnline/dyn/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/2308_PC_Organics_Unsweetened_Apple-Cinnamon_Appletreet_-_ (EN )_-_( 500×500). jpg My parents-my twin babies fed some of this project and apparently loved it, but I am worried about glucose-fructose, on the sugar content, and if it is a good idea to give this to babies. It is not marketed as baby food, after all. Is anyone know if this is allowed to feed my children?? Thank you.
I have suggested for healthy versions you go with the unsweetened and "natural" Applesauce. Who I think is Motts. Just look at the labels carefully and make sure there are no preservatives or added ingrediants.
