The best way to quickly get rid of migraines?

I use Imtrex and Max Alt MLT and sometimes they work and sometimes they have not. Was a neurologist, go to a chiropractor and have an eye on time requirements, and I know that my triggors food. At home I use an ice pack and lay down, but I can not lose my life and laying down napping 3-4 times a week, and I can not leave work whenever I have one. Whats a good way to get rid of them on the road or at work, if still possible? I'm ready to go any way whatsoever, medical, homeopathic, organic, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, etc.
