Do I have a chance at acceptance to the Honors Program Deans Scholars at UT Austin?

I was accepted to this school and I am applying to the honors program. have a 3.96 GPA on a 4.0 scale! I have more than 8 or 9 AP classes I have taken two classes college I just thought of on my transcript, but mostly I take up organic chemistry as a senior in high school I am involved in many extracurricular activities which include: National Honor Society (officer), Student Council (officer), drama club, journalism, among others. The articles I wrote are very good and I received excellent letters of recommendation. UT Austin is a good school for science and theater? I want to be an oncologist, so should I study at UT from my undergraduate years?

I know some will say YES or NO-F in the responses above and below me, but something more selective than the simple admission of colleges (in this case, the program honors) Our contribution means squat. Just submit and hope for the best. Only their specific admissions committee will decide. UT is a school of great science, but what really counts is the graduate school. For now, just try to go when you feel better.
