what is a good feeding schedule for a 6 month old?.?
my son turned six months old today, and me and my boyfriend agreed that i would stop breastfeeding at this time and start him on food. this is my first son and i have no idea what to do for a schedule?. i have some milk stored in the fridge from pumping, and i plan to still pump a little …but what do i do with the food. we went out and bought some of those gerber baby organic foods. is that good to start with?..i dont know what to do. input please 
Breastmilk or formula still needs to be the main source of nutrition. Right now solid foods are just for fun. You can offer a new food every few days (this helps in case he has any allergies to something you offer) And don’t worry if he only eats a bite or two, like I said it’s just for fun right now. Make sure though that you’re breastfeeding or bottle feeding before you offer solids – that way you make sure milk is still the main food!
