Wow, there are so many options here. I will give you a beautiful healthy, refreshing recipe for pasta salad. It's so simple that you do not even need to measure anything. Just do it by sight and taste as you go. All ingredients are readily available in organic form. Pasta salad Cook pasta, drain and cool under cold water. Set aside. Slice some fresh summer vegetables – tomatoes, peppers, and all the work and zucchini. Somewhat minced red onion is also nice. Add the cooled pasta and mix. Pour pasta and vegetables with salad dressing made before dressing, or make your own: Add 2 parts olive oil to 1 part vinegar (either balsamic, white wine or red wine), whisking in the doing. Add some dried oregano, a pinch of salt and some freshly ground black pepper and mix. For a little zestiness, you can add a little Dijon mustard. If the dressing is too acidic, you can smooth with a little honey or sugar. Enjoy!
