What is the best skin care product for face? Organic perhaps?

I have dry / sensitive skin red. I need find something I can hold and not make my face worse. I used Norman Merle proactive, Clinque, and they made my face more red and irritated and ruined the balance of my face.

I use all AVEENO facial products and I LOVE THEM! I mosturizer positively radiant which is wonders for me, as I wel slotches small red and dry. Aveeno face wash, the nature positively radiant (although they do different types for different types of face also works very well, I always use that in the show. And before I go to bed evening, I use Aveeno Cleansing Pads. It has little claws on it to exfoliate, and the best time to exfoliate is the night when you don / t need to go out, because Your face is flushed. Hope this helps! Good luck!
